The standard every drafter must meet
Every person on a LexNavi engagement satisfies at least one of the following. No exceptions, regardless of volume or capacity pressure.
01 Licensed attorney in the Philippines
Active bar passer with professional legal standing. Attorney-level analysis on every trust matter, not just template execution.
02 Juris Doctor or LL.B. graduate
Formally law-trained. Understands legal structure at the document level: why a clause exists, what it means, when something does not look right.
03 U.S. estate planning experience
Demonstrated prior work with U.S. law firms. Expert with WealthCounsel, trust package structure, and the execution standards U.S. attorneys expect.
