$20 per deed
Transfer of real property to trust. Per deed, per trust package. No recording included.

$4,000 OR $5,500 per month
Requires a dedicated additional paralegal for the account.
ADDITIONAL SINGLE TRUST (TIER 1)
$250 per trust
Up to 5 additional, bringing the monthly ceiling to 25.
Substantial redrafts — changing trust structure, adding or removing major provisions — count as one new trust package, not a revision.

How the engagement works
ENGAGEMENT TERMS
All terms are documented in the written scope agreement before work begins. Nothing is assumed, nothing is left vague.

Engagements begin with a 12-month initial term to allow time for workflow integration and institutional knowledge to build.

Automatically renews each year unless either party provides 30 days written notice prior to the renewal date.

Either party may terminate after the first 90 days with 30 days written notice. No termination fees.

Monthly fees reserve dedicated drafting capacity. Unused matters in a given month do not carry forward to the next.

Work beyond monthly capacity is quoted separately at flat rates or deferred to the following month by mutual agreement.

Tier changes may be made at renewal or by mutual written agreement if drafting needs materially change.
