Estate Planning Paralegal (Remote)

Draft execution-ready trust packages for U.S. law firms using structured systems and defined workflows.

This is a back-office drafting role focused on preparing complete estate planning document packages.

You will work with firm-provided templates and intake materials to produce accurate, execution-ready documents for attorney review. This role is structured, process-driven, and requires consistent attention to detail.

This is not an administrative or client-facing role.

    • Draft complete trust packages using structured templates and intake data

    • Prepare core estate planning documents including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives

    • Deliver execution-ready files within defined turnaround timelines

    • Apply revisions based on attorney feedback

    • Maintain consistent formatting, naming, and document standards

    • Flag out-of-scope requests and escalate appropriately

    • Meet monthly output targets

  • Philippine lawyer or Juris Doctor graduate.
    U.S. law firm experience is a plus, not required

    • Strong legal drafting ability and precise written English

    • High attention to detail with a strong accuracy standard

    • Ability to follow established systems without deviation

    • Independent work discipline and ownership of deadlines

    • Comfort working within structured workflows and QA processes

    Candidates should have a legal background or relevant experience in estate planning drafting.

    • Remote, Philippines-based

    • Work aligned with U.S. time zones

    • Output-driven with defined monthly targets

    • Performance reviewed regularly based on accuracy and consistency

    • ₱75,000 monthly professional fee

    • Independent contractor agreement

    • 10-day structured training with allowance
