Each tier is a block of drafting capacity. Order what you need — LexNavi combines your month's orders into whichever mix of tiers costs the least, regardless of how or when each order was placed.

A Trust Package covers a full Revocable Living Trust plan for one client matter. Once monthly volume exceeds 30 packages, Tiers 1–4 no longer apply — the entire month is billed at the flat $140 rate instead.

Rush Service

There is no minimum number of packages and no minimum monthly fee. You are billed solely on what was completed and delivered.

How the engagement works

ENGAGEMENT TERMS

All terms are documented in the written scope agreement before work begins. Nothing is assumed, nothing is left vague.

  • Engagements begin with a 12-month initial term to allow time for workflow integration and institutional knowledge to build.

  • Automatically renews each year unless either party provides 30 days written notice prior to the renewal date.

  • Either party may terminate after the first 90 days with 30 days written notice. No termination fees.

  • Monthly fees reserve dedicated drafting capacity. Unused matters in a given month do not carry forward to the next.

  • Work beyond monthly capacity is quoted separately at flat rates or deferred to the following month by mutual agreement.

  • Tier changes may be made at renewal or by mutual written agreement if drafting needs materially change.
